Mr Chris Lee is introducing Wong To Yick Pharmaceutical Factory that is currently under construction as our achievement of Pharmaceutical Clean Room (CR) Construction.
It’s been 6 years since Mr. Chris Lee joined our company. He has been involved in mainly CR projects for hospitals and pharmaceutical factories. This project for Wong To Yick is a design and construction project. His first PM duties involved the process of organizing meetings with clients to the inspection of the related construction works.
This project is to construct a clean room in the pilot plant of a pharmaceutical company inside the existing factory building. Our scope of work consists of MVAC and electrical installations together with associated decoration works (supply and installations of production facilities inside the clean rooms are not included). Basically, those areas of G/F, 4/F-6/F have been changed to clean room areas in this 6-storey factory building.
Total area of CRs is 2,000m² in D(10000) for M2 CR class. The chilled water supply and power supply to the clean room are branched from the existing main chiller plant and power source. His impression of our company is that he has been given opportunities to work in different work environments. However, it would be nice to have more company sharing events to get to know more from other groups as well.
