We interviewed Mr. K C Fung who leads the project department and determine the future direction of the project department.
Mr. K C Fung has been working with us for 15 years. He worked his way up, having exclusively worked within this field. He is currently a senior manager who is responsible for all MVAC installation projects except CR projects.
Mr Fung said the following about our project department;
‘Our project department is performance-based. High calibre staff will have many opportunities for promotion, unlike many other Japanese companies which are based on a seniority system’, he said. ‘In general, the generation of our managerial positions used to work in adverse environments, especially for common disordered site conditions. However, times have changed with the style of education. We are aiming to improve the work environment by providing on-site cutting-edge offices on site to motivate young staff.
We will start with improving workplace environment.’ he added.
